Support Assembly line activities

Supervise assembly line & maintain Quality

Responsible for Quality Inspection & Clearance

Production planning & Work scheduling

Ensure delivery goals are met as per plan

Support new product introduction

Responsible for maintenance of Tools & Fixtures

Handle global communication
-
Responsible for KPI collection, tracking / analysis and presenting dashboards within department

Guide assembly team in understanding of drawings & Work instructions

Responsible to implement Lean & 5s methodology

Corrective actions / mistake proofing
Organizing and conducting new operator training
Requirements
-
Education – Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/mechatronics from reputed institutions
-
Experience – 1 to 2 years of experience

Skills –
-
Understand the metrology instruments with measurement process
-
Keen to learn in Core Metrology
-
Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
