Change Management / Process Transformation Lead Pune · Full Time · Hybrid
About the Role The Change Management Lead will drive the successful adoption of process transformation initiatives, operating model changes, and organizational improvements across the business. The role focuses on managing the people side of change, ensuring stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working. This position requires a strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for process transformation and business improvement initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies, and stakeholder impacts.
- Develop and execute communication, engagement, and change adoption strategies.
- Design and deliver training, awareness sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and manage resistance through proactive interventions.
- Establish change readiness assessments and monitor adoption metrics and KPIs.
- Support process standardization, automation, operating model transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate governance forums, leadership updates, and change network activities.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure sustainability of implemented changes.
Requirements
- Develop and execute change management strategies with 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Process Transformation, Business Transformation, Transition, or Project Management.
- Apply strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
- Utilize experience leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Drive user adoption and business readiness in complex environments using proven ability.
- Leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities.
Good to Have
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Hold Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
