Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding their bank accounts and pending dues.
- Explain repayment and settlement options professionally.
- Negotiate suitable payment plans and encourage timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, banking guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Achieve assigned performance and collection targets.
Eligibility
- Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.

- Basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
