Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our IVF team at our Pallikaranai branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in andrology laboratory procedures, particularly semen analysis and sperm preparation for IUI procedures. Similar junior embryologist roles commonly include semen analysis, semen processing for IUI/IVF, documentation, and adherence to laboratory quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine Semen Analysis and reporting.
- Carry out Semen Preparation / Sperm Washing for IUI procedures.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control, and infection control protocols.
- Assist senior embryologists in day-to-day IVF laboratory activities.
- Ensure proper handling and identification of patient samples.
- Support andrology and embryology laboratory operations as required.
Requirements
· B.Sc / M.Sc in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Microbiology, or related field.
· Knowledge of IVF and Andrology laboratory procedures.
· Experience in Semen Analysis and IUI Preparation is mandatory.
