Job Type: We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive retail growth for Orga Life products. You will build relationships with retail stores, secure product placement, and achieve monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
- Store Onboarding: Recruit new retail outlets, grocery stores, and supermarkets.
- Order Generation: Visit assigned retail routes daily to secure recurring product orders.
- Merchandising: Ensure prominent shelf placement and visibility of Orga Life products.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive partnerships with store owners and managers.
- Market Feedback: Report on competitor pricing, stock levels, and consumer trends.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels at retail points to prevent stockouts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 years to 3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and spoken communication skills.
- Travel: Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and familiar with local retail markets.
