We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional who will become the official trainer and digital presenter for The Hotel School.
About the Role
This is not a traditional faculty position.
You will become the official face of The Hotel School's digital learning platform, delivering practical hospitality training to thousands of students through classroom teaching and professionally produced online video courses.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality Training
- Deliver practical hospitality training to students.
- Teach Front Office Operations.
- Teach Food & Beverage Service.
- Teach Housekeeping Operations.
- Conduct practical sessions in THS training laboratories.
- Prepare students for hotel interviews and placements.
Digital Content Creation
- Present professionally on camera.
- Record educational videos for online hospitality courses.
- Demonstrate hotel SOPs and industry best practices.
- Review scripts for technical accuracy.
- Participate in educational photo and video shoots.
- Work with the content and production team to create high-quality learning content.
Student Development
- Conduct grooming and personality development sessions.
- Train students in communication and guest interaction.
- Mentor students during internships and placements.
- Support academic events and workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hotel industry experience.
- Experience in Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping or Food Production.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Comfortable teaching in Hinglish.
- Good personality and professional grooming.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in hotels such as:
- Taj
- Marriott
- Hyatt
- ITC
- Radisson
- Lemon Tree
- Hilton
- Accor
- Oberoi
- IHG
will be preferred.
Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
