Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our export team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our overseas buyers, the senior merchandising team, and our production floor. You will be responsible for driving the critical path—ensuring samples are approved, trims materials are sourced, and production stays on track for on-time shipment. No Direct contact is needed with the Buyers. Need Home Furnishings Merchandising Experience of 3-4 Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Support: Assist the Senior Merchandiser in managing international buyer accounts, handling daily correspondence, and clarifying techpack requirements.
- Critical Path (T&A): Maintain and enforce Time & Action calendars to track milestones and prevent production delays.
- Sampling & Approvals: Coordinate sample development from techpack to final approval; manage subcontracting approvals (print/embroidery).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Participate in internal Pre-Production (PP) meetings; collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Logistics managers to ensure quality compliance and timely port dispatch.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
