1) Responsible for overall operations and will be managing staffs to shortlist candidates and Recruit the vacanct positions with the help of subordinates .
2) To collect staff data , manage salary files , ESIC and PF files
3) To engage in staffs welfare activity and bring a bond of a team of 80 staffs
4) To have minimum experience of 2 years in HR role in a reputed company
5) To train the staffs as per the companies SOP
6) To lead by example for the team to be driven for smooth coordination
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
