Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral interviews, offer negotiations, and manage the pre-onboarding process.
- Lead HR inductions ensuring smooth onboarding experience aligned with company culture and values.
- Monitor probationary employees using KEKA.
- Collect structured feedback from reporting managers and initiate actions like confirmation, extension, or termination.
- Ensure documentation and communication are timely and aligned with internal processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives including festival celebrations, team-building events, and townhalls.
- Organize and drive recognition programs—monthly/quarterly/annual awards by collecting nominations, finalizing winners, and executing ceremonies.
- Act as a retention partner for high-potential and critical employees during exit risk situations—conduct stay interviews and engage in proactive discussions.
- Automate and monitor attendance tracking in KEKA.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies; highlight irregularities and absenteeism trends.
- Share structured reports with HODs highlighting trends, action items, and follow-ups.
- Compile and analyze monthly HR Metrics:
- Attrition rate
- Joiners vs. exits
- Diversity ratio & gender balance
- Departmental trends and risk areas
- Present HR dashboards and insights to leadership for proactive decision-making.
- Facilitate goal/KRA setting discussions across teams.
- Ensure all performance data is updated and validated in KEKA.
- Partner with HODs to identify low performers and drive PIP implementation, monthly reviews, and documentation.
- Provide coaching to managers on handling difficult performance discussions.
- Design monthly newsletters capturing key organizational updates, new hires, recognitions, and events.
- Communicate announcements related to holidays, policy updates, internal movements, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to cascade business messages in a consistent, engaging tone.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking resolution to HR-related issues.
- Provide advice and policy interpretation to both employees and managers ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Conduct timely investigations and take appropriate actions where necessary
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong HRMS knowledge (especially KEKA or equivalent platforms)
- Expertise in HR data analytics and metrics reporting
- Experience in driving cultural and organizational change
- Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
