1. Operations & Compliance
- Safety and Hygiene: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all classrooms and play areas.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the center meets local government, educational, and licensing standards.
- Facility Management: Oversee building maintenance, safety drills, and procurement of supplies or instructional resources.
2. Staff Management
- Evaluation: Hire, train, and evaluate preschool teachers and support staff.
- Professional Development: Organize ongoing training on early childhood education (ECE) principles and curriculum execution.
- Scheduling: Manage daily rosters, staff-to-child ratios, and shift coverages.
3. Curriculum & Educational Programs
- Program Oversight: Ensure the implementation of a play-based or academic curriculum appropriate for early childhood development.
- Quality Control: Audit classrooms, monitor daily routines, and assess learning outcomes to ensure instructional excellence.
4. Financial & Administrative Management
- Budgeting: Develop and execute center budgets, track expenses, and allocate funds for resources.
- Enrollment: Manage admissions, tours, and maintain accurate attendance and development records.
5. Parent & Community Relations
- Communication: Address parents' queries or concerns while building strong relationships.
- Updates: Provide regular updates to families via newsletters, parent-teacher meetings, and open houses.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
