Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Service Charge

Role Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive, you are the first impression and lasting memory of our space.
Your role goes beyond greeting guests — you build connections, remember faces, and create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and personal.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence — set the tone for their experience
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting guests efficiently
- Engage with guests, understand their preferences, and personalize interactions
- Ensure guests feel attended to throughout their visit, not just at entry
- Handle feedback and resolve concerns smoothly and professionally
- Coordinate with service, bar, and floor teams to maintain seamless flow
- Encourage repeat visits by building rapport with regular guests
- Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest experience
- Support in creating a lively and engaging social atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, well-presented, and approachable personality
- Someone who enjoys interacting with people and building connections
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A natural problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Interest in hospitality, nightlife, or social spaces is a big advantage
