Job Title: HR Manager / HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist to build and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who can independently drive HR processes, ensure statutory compliance, manage recruitment, and build a strong people culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR SOPs covering attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, exit management, and disciplinary processes
- Lead implementation and adoption of Spine HRMS including configuration, training, and troubleshooting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions
- Run monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour laws
- Drive employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, increments, and exits
- Support performance management by coordinating appraisals, KRAs, and review cycles
- Handle employee grievances, policy queries, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in an independent HR role
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Spine preferred)
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in SOP creation, process implementation, and team training
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Experience in D2C, fashion, retail, or consumer brands, and exposure to HR function setup or restructuring.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
