We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production efforts. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-impact, cinematic stories that align with our brand vision. As a senior member of the team, you will help shape the creative direction of video projects from concept to final delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Lead the editing of complex video projects with strong storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Visual Artistry: Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics/VFX work.
- Workflow Leadership: Establish and maintain post-production standards, file organization systems, and efficient rendering workflows.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with producers and directors to define and execute the visual style and tone.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and maintain high production quality and brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Expert Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCP), After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of codecs, color spaces (LOG, Rec.709), and audio mixing.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio/reel showcasing high-quality commercials, documentaries, or narrative content.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver creative solutions under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹14,567.92 - ₹47,515.60 per month
