Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Property Broker to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed property information.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Negotiate property prices and finalize deals between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain relationships with property owners, builders, investors, and clients.
- Prepare and manage property listings on various real estate platforms.
- Coordinate documentation and assist in property registration processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Real Estate background preferred).
- Prior experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or channel partner sales is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹12,883.97 - ₹57,516.13 per month
