Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support repeat business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Act as the primary contact for clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare client engagement reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management
- Experience in events, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients
