Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary-related activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate employee joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Resolve employee queries related to attendance, payroll, and HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
Support day-to-day HR administration and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Attendance Management.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)
