Responsibilities
1 Monitor CED bath parameters (pH, conductivity, solid %, MEQ, temperature).
2 Ensure proper pretreatment & phosphating quality.
3 Check ED film thickness, DFT, gloss level, and coverage.
4 Control rectifier settings and anolyte system.
5 Identify and resolve paint defects (blistering, craters, pinholes, low thickness, etc.).
6 Ensure proper oven curing cycle & temperature control.
7 Perform quality tests (adhesion, impact, bend test).
8 Control shade variation and powder contamination.
9 Work on rejection reduction and process improvement.

Education- Diploma/ Degree in Paint Technology/ Surface Caoting
Experience-03 to 05 years. I
