We are open to hiring freshers from the travel industry; however, candidates should have prior sales experience and a passion for learning and growing in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and provide travel-related sales assistance.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable airlines ticket bookings and packages.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Deliver an excellent sales pitch and convert leads into sales.
· Learn company products, services, and travel industry processes quickly.
· Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, emails, and messages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills.
· 1–3 years of prior sales experience.
· Keen to learn new things and adapt quickly.
· Target-oriented approach.
· Excellent sales pitch and convincing abilities.
· Motivated and enthusiastic personality.
· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of amadeus will be plus.
