Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Design basic HR creatives, announcements, and employee engagement posts using Canva.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks and reports.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
- Good working knowledge of Canva for creating HR-related creatives and posts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience or knowledge with good communication skills.
