We are looking for a self-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage recruitment activities and build strong talent pipelines for multiple clients.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle independently
- Work on multiple client requirements across IT (80%) and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and new sourcing techniques
- Bring new ideas and approaches for sourcing and talent engagement
- Conduct screening and shortlisting based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until joining
- Maintain strong candidate and client communication
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
- Work closely with clients for requirement understanding and closure
- Maintain recruitment trackers and status updates

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / staffing
- Experience in end-to-end hiring process
- Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of Boolean search
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in staffing / consultancy environment
- Exposure to client coordination or direct submissions
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Familiarity with Excel / ATS tools
