Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Java projects. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience and the ability to lead a team of 8–10 members. This is a Work From Office (WFO) role based at our offices in Baner, Pune.
Important Note for Applicants
- Interview Process: Selection will be strictly via a Face-to-Face interview at our Pune office. There will be no virtual or online interviews.
- Candidate Location: While we prefer Pune-based candidates, we are open to applicants from other locations provided you are ready to travel to Pune for the in-person interview.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 8–10 developers and testers.
- Project Oversight: Responsible for effort estimation, timely execution of projects, and task delegation.
- Technical Quality: Conduct code reviews and prepare/review technical documentation.
- Client Management: Handle direct customer interaction and ensure project requirements are met.
- Technical Contribution: Work with Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Oracle/MS SQL databases.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE and Microservices.
- Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC.
- Environments: Experience with Eclipse, Tomcat, and WebLogic/WebSphere.
- Tools: Git/SVN, Maven, JSON, Swagger, and Postman.
- Web Services: Proficiency in SOAP and REST API integration.
- Database: Strong knowledge of Oracle or MS SQL.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and confident decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert in client interaction and managing delivery expectations.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in an Engineering stream OR an MCA from a reputed institution.
- Reports To: Delivery Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
