Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products while helping customers choose the right financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets by generating new leads and building strong customer relationships.
Experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, or Financial Services Sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
- Promote and sell loan products to individual customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
Qualification & Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Loan Sales, Personal Loan Sales, Business Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, Banking Sales, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
