We are looking for a talented Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Vue.js, Golang (Go), and Couchbase to build and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing system architecture, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires hands-on coding, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop reliable and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Vue.js for frontend and Go for backend services. Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality. Work with Couchbase database for data modeling, storage, and performance optimization. Lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers while ensuring best coding practices. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes. Ensure adherence to software development standards, architecture guidelines, and agile methodologies.
