Chainway India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and after-sales support to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product demonstrations, coordinating with overseas teams, and ensuring the quality and functionality of hardware and software solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service and customer support through calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and technical issues.
- Deliver IT support by diagnosing and resolving software-related concerns.
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and support the sales team during client interactions.
- Coordinate with overseas teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication between global teams and local clients.
- Perform quality checks of new hardware devices to ensure product functionality and compliance with company standards.
- Provide software support, including assistance with SDK, API integration, and Android Studio-based applications.
- Maintain fair knowledge of barcode technology to support related product functionalities and customer requirements.
- Demonstrate fair knowledge of RFID, UHF, and NFC technologies to assist in troubleshooting and implementation support.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC), Computer Science (CS), or Information Technology (IT).
ITI in Electronics/Electrician (Preferred) or relevant technical background
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of barcode, RFID, UHF, and NFC technologies.
- Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and Android Studio.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
