We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with both domestic and international clients. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and intuitive user experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and branding materials.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct basic UX research and apply user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual and user experience designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and design standards across projects.
- Revise and improve designs based on client and team feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, mobile app design, branding, or related projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with domestic and international clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
