Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum uptime of production lines and critical equipment.
- Monitor the performance and reliability of all machinery.
- Develop maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions.
- Ensure smooth operation of refrigeration systems, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and cold rooms.
- Monitor ammonia/Freon refrigeration systems (as applicable).
- Maintain required storage temperatures and cooling efficiency.
- Coordinate servicing of refrigeration equipment to prevent product spoilage.
- Develop preventive maintenance calendars.
- Implement predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring.
- Maintain maintenance history and equipment records.
- Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
