Job Summary :
The ICU Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring their condition, assisting doctors during medical procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Educate patients' attendants regarding treatment and care procedures.
Required Skills :
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Haryana Nursing Registration Certificate is highly preferred.
- Candidates holding a valid Nursing Registration Certificate from any other Indian state are also encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of ICU nursing experience in a hospital.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
