Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, land acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential projects and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, investors, government authorities and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for land deals, development agreements, MOUs and joint venture contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project development) to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, financial models and deal documentation for management approval.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes impacting real estate development.
- Achieve assigned revenue, acquisition and partnership targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
