Job Title: MERN Stack Team Lead
We are looking to hire a MERN Full Stack Team Lead with 5+ years of experience, including minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience. We need someone who can take strong ownership at both technical and team management levels, along with driving measurable performance through KPIs.
Position: MERN Full Stack Team Lead
Experience: 5+ Years (2+ Years as Team Lead mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and quality
Define technical architecture and ensure best practices are followed
Manage and track Team KPIs and Project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business and delivery goals
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and clients for requirement clarity
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve performance
Ensure timely delivery aligned with project roadmap and milestones
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Proven experience in leading a development team for at least 2 years
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications
Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
