- Generate new business leads for PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Appoint new PCD distributors, franchise partners, and stockists.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Explain company products, promotional schemes, and business opportunities to clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales orders.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely execution of orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Promote newly launched products and special offers to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
