Weather Makers NYC is looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote night shift role supporting our New York operations.
⚠This is NOT an IT Technical Support role.
⚠This is NOT a field technician position.
This is a 100% remote HVAC support role where you'll provide technical guidance to field technicians, assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and cooling systems, and help resolve technical issues remotely.
Requirements:
✔4+ years of HVAC experience
✔Strong knowledge of Mini Split, PTAC, Central HVAC, Heat Pumps, and HVAC systems.
✔Experience troubleshooting air conditioning, heating, and cooling equipment.
✔Ability to guide technicians through HVAC diagnostics and repairs remotely
✔Strong problem-solving and communication skills
