Job Profile: PLM Project Manager
Primary Job Functions:
- Project Management in the area of PLM (Windchill) technology
- Manage multiple projects end to end
- Ownership Delivery teams and Business
- Work on QCD targets, reports to Delivery Manager
- Client facing, relationship management, account management
- Planning and tracking of the tasks for team of size of 20
- Creation of Proposals, project offers / sub project offers
- Responsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery of the projects and services committed to the customer
- Responsible for the administration activities of the team for setting team goals, performance review, training plan, competency development, attendance tracking and work quality
- Define, execute, lead organization initiatives for process improvement and stabilization
Desired Qualification & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in handling PLM Projects with engineering background
- At least 2-3 yrs in project management roles with customer interfacing/handling team
- Should possess strong process management, project management, configuration management and team handling skills
- Should be aware of CMMI and ISO standards
- Should be willing to provide hands on guidance and mentor the project teams
- Good Analytical, Problem solving, Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must
- Have thirst to acquire new business Education
Education
- Bachelor of Engineering in technical field (Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering)
