Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science BCA, B.com, B.A, BSCIT are eligible. Hardware and Networking certification is an added advantage. Willingness to work extended hours as per business requirements. Willingness to travel to exam venues. Must own a two-wheeler for travel. Key Responsibilities Ensure IT infrastructure readiness at exam venues before and after examinations. Perform system setup, LAN configuration (LANscaping), and mock tests as part of exam preparation. Continuously monitor IT assets and infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access or security incidents. Maintain sufficient buffer stock of working IT assets to support uninterrupted exam operations. Report all technical events and issues within defined timelines. Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve incidents promptly and ensure business continuity. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure successful end-to-end exam delivery.
