Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions in CBSE schools. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for school positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and school management.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (education recruitment preferred).
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
