We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT sales to lead and manage the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client communication, proposal building, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services domain
- Handle both pre-sales and post-sales activities effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Understand client requirements and align them with suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in IT sales/business development
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience in working with domestic and/or international clients
- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
