You will own end-to-end project delivery across multiple clients in the IT services domain. This includes managing all client interactions, leading cross-functional teams, crafting solutions & proposals, and instituting robust processes/documentation. A strong technical grounding—especially in AI/ML models, Power BI/analytics, and modern web/app stacks—is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients; drive cadence calls, steering meetings, and executive updates.
- Proactively manage expectations, scope, risks, and escalations in high-pressure environments.
Build long-term relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure high CSAT/NPS.

Project & Delivery Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile/Hybrid methodologies—on time, within scope and budget.
- Define and track project charters, WBS, sprint plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, design, QA, data/AI) and external vendors to maintain delivery velocity and quality.
Set up and continuously improve SOPs, documentation standards, and governance frameworks.

Solutioning & Pre-Sales
- Lead solution discovery workshops; translate business problems into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Draft winning proposals, SoWs, effort estimates, and RFP/RFI responses with clear value articulation.
Collaborate with sales/leadership to price, position, and present solutions to prospects.

Technical Leadership
- Guide teams on solution approaches involving AI/ML models (LLMs, CV, NLP), data engineering, and BI (Power BI, BigQuery, etc.).
- Review high-level architecture, integration patterns, and ensure feasibility/maintainability of proposed solutions.
Stay current with emerging tech and recommend adoption where it drives measurable business impact.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a client-facing Project/Program Management role within an IT services/consulting environment.
- Proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple mid-to-large scale digital/analytics/AI projects.
- Strong solutioning ability with demonstrable experience in at least two of:
- AI/ML (LLMs, prompt engineering, model integration)
- Data & Analytics (Power BI, data pipelines, SQL/BigQuery)
- Web/mobile application development stacks and APIs
- Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills; able to converse with both CXOs and engineers.
- Mastery of PM tools and practices (Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, risk management, budgeting).
- Process orientation—experience defining SOPs, documentation templates, QA gates, and governance cadences.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure, ambiguity-heavy environments.
