QC Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes as per quality standards.
- Maintain QC records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform physical, chemical, and sensory testing of confectionery products.
- Ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams for quality improvements.
- Handle product sampling and retain samples.
- Assist during audits and inspections.
Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field).
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of food quality systems and documentation.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
