Job Description:
A Site Execution Engineer manages on-site construction operations, guaranteeing adherence to technical specs, deadlines, and safety protocols—especially in India's civil, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site tasks, liaise with contractors, architects, and suppliers, and troubleshoot technical challenges on the ground.
Perform quality inspections, enforce safety standards, compile progress updates, and handle records such as blueprints and logs.
Track project timelines, control budgets, and verify alignment with approved designs and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent, plus 1-10 years of relevant experience (varying by role level).
Strong skills in CAD tools, reading technical drawings, and project management software; excellent problem-solving abilities required.
Engineering certifications or licenses provide a competitive edge.
