Role Purpose:
Support the R&D team in formulation development, lab trials, testing, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in formulation preparation, lab-scale trials, and initial product development.

Conduct product testing and record data for performance evaluation.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation (lab notebooks, test reports, trial data).

Support data preparation for product validation, qualification, and certification.

Follow EHS guidelines and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory/statutory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Operations) and assist in lab management.

Perform literature study, patent search, and technical benchmarking to support R&D projects.

Continuously learn new materials, technologies, and testing methods to improve efficiency and product quality.
Desired Candidate's Profile :

MSc Chemistry ( Inorganic / Organic / Polymer) OR Btech Chemical / Polymer Sciences
-
Experience in R&D of Paints, coating, construction chemicals and synthesis will be preferred.
Note : Candidates from Pharma Industry shouldn't apply.
