§ Clean, refresh and restock guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
§ Pay particular attention to public space at all times.
§ Anticipate guest needs and follow through on any guest requests.
§ Organise and stock cleaning cart
§ Organise and stock linen closets on assigned floors.
§ Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
§ Have a working knowledge of the local geographic area and of all hotel facilities.
§ Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
§ Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
§ Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
