Job Description
Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD.
Freshers, 2023/2024 passed outs and Autocad certified candidates are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and preparing electrical drawings under the guidance of senior designers, adhering to industry standards.
- Support the creation of layouts including Earthing, Lightning protection, Lighting, Power, In slab containment, cable tray routing, busbar routing, Electrical room layouts, Single line diagrams, and Panel layouts.
- Help prepare load schedules, voltage drop calculations, and cable schedules.
- Gain hands-on experience in developing electrical system design drawings and single line diagrams using tools like AutoCAD.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop skills to independently create electrical design drawings based on client instructions and standards.
- Understand architectural drawings and decide on effective routing of conduit and cables.
- Learn to comprehend the complete MEP system.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical system design, standards, and calculations.
- Exposure to electrical design for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software for preparing design layouts.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
