We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Zoho, along with the ability to engage with potential customers and follow up on quotes and project updates.
This role will require a blend of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management skills to ensure business growth and a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Design and execute marketing campaigns using Canva, HubSpot, Zoho, and other digital tools.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, company websites, and other social media platforms to enhance online presence.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential leads and initiate business relationships through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Maintain and update customer interactions in CRM systems like Zoho and HubSpot.
Customer Follow-ups & Project Updates
- Track and follow up on quotes, proposals, and project progress with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Pay: ₹12,255.74 - ₹41,672.52 per month
