Sales ExecutiveJob Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Mandatory Educational Qualification: BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
