- 3–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services or related field
- Experience in handling a sales team
- Knowledge of local market and business loan segment preferred
- Strong experience in business loan sales and branch operations.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of credit assessment and documentation.
- Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
