Production Operator – Chemical Manufacturing
A Production Operator in a chemical manufacturing company is responsible for handling chemical processes, operating plant equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate reactors, mixers, pumps, and other process equipment
- Handle raw materials and chemicals safely
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Maintain batch records and production logs
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety, health, and environmental (HSE) guidelines
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of chemical processes
- Understanding of safety (PPE, chemical handling)
- Ability to read instructions and batch sheets
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and discipline
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry) preferred
- Freshers or 1–2 years experience in chemical or manufacturing industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
