Title: Project Lead
Role Brief:
This role is part of the PMO team with a strong focus on managing SDLC processes and project delivery. The role will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful delivery and closure. The role requires proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, change request management, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end project tracking across SDLC phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
● Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
● Monitor Project Phases, Milestones, backlog, open tickets, and timelines using Jira Dashboard.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and progress.
● Coordinate with clients for regular status updates, deliverables tracking, and expectation alignment.
● Maintain project documentation, dashboards, presentations and status reports.
● Facilitate internal and client meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
● Monitor Agile metrics to improve delivery efficiency.
● Support leadership with project status reporting, risks, and KPIs.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
● Mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
● 4+ years of experience in project/PMO roles within SDLC environments.
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and lifecycle stages .
● Strong Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and reporting, MS Office (Excel & PPTs)
● Solid understanding of SDLC.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile certifications preferred.
● Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
