Designation : Jr. Project Manager (UI / UX)
Experience Range : 2+ years
What is the work?
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
- Monitor task allocation and ensure optimal utilization of UI/UX designers and frontend developers.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure work progresses as planned.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, or resource constraints and escalate when required.
- Coordinate between design and development teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and execution dashboards.
- Participate in daily team discussions and review ongoing work.
- Ensure estimates, timelines, and resource allocation are reasonable and aligned with project requirements.
- Work closely with leadership to provide visibility into project progress and team performance.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or similar coordination roles.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and UIUX projects.
- Ability to understand the difference between UI/UX design work and frontend development work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
