Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technologist role based in CWF Labs: Transdisciplinary healthcare and Research at Bolpur, Santiniketan. The Laboratory Technologist will perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses, ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist in conducting high-quality assessments. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate records, adhering to quality control protocols, and interpreting test results for relevant stakeholders to support the organization's healthcare and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Lab Technology
- Proficiency in Medical Technology and a solid understanding of Laboratory Skills
- Experience operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret laboratory results accurately
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures in a laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in team-based settings
- Experience in supporting healthcare-focused non-profit initiatives is a plus
