About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, along with the ability to train, mentor, and guide aspiring digital marketers. The role involves delivering practical, industry-oriented training programs and helping learners develop job-ready skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Mentorship
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Train students on core digital marketing concepts, tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct practical workshops, case studies, and live project-based learning sessions.
- Mentor learners and provide guidance on career opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
- Create an interactive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development.
Curriculum Development
- Develop, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with current industry trends and platform updates.
- Design practical exercises and real-world marketing scenarios for hands-on learning.

- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance learner outcomes.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Digital Marketing Instructor.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience handling live campaigns and managing digital marketing projects.
- Exposure to marketing automation and AI-powered marketing tools.
