Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and data-oriented Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and strengthen our presence across all social media platforms. This role involves end-to-end social media execution—from strategy and content planning to publishing, community management, and performance analysis—while driving organic growth through innovative campaigns and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all social media handles across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Plan, ideate, and execute the monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and design the content grid, ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Create or coordinate the development of creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Upload, schedule, and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions (CTAs) tailored to each platform.
- Drive organic follower growth through content strategy, trend-led formats, and active audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, direct messages (DMs), mentions, and messages, ensuring timely responses and effective community management.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth, while maintaining regular social media performance reports.
- Optimize content, posting schedules, and platform strategies based on analytics and insights.
- Ideate and execute growth initiatives, including contests, campaigns, influencer collaborations, user-generated content (UGC) drives, and other creative activations.
- Participate in brand events, product launches, photoshoots, and activations to capture real-time content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels.
- Manage live social media coverage during events, including behind-the-scenes content where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Marketing, Content, and PR to ensure social media efforts align with overall brand communication.
- Support campaign launches, product announcements, and marketing initiatives across social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and social media policies at all times.
Requirements & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
- Ability to capture high-quality content using smartphones or cameras; basic photo and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of content creation and scheduling tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and content ideation.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and attending on-ground events when required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
